Refund & Payment Policy

​

This policy applies to all payments made to Grace Point Housing Solutions, LLC.

 

1. Application Fees

• Non-refundable

• Covers processing and screening costs regardless of outcome

 

2. Security Deposits

 

• Refundable per lease agreement and North Carolina landlord-tenant law

• May be reduced for unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear, or lease violations

• Processed within 30 days of move-out and return of keys

 

3. Rent Payments

•Due on the date specified in your lease

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer, PayPal, money orders, or certified funds

• Late payments incur fees per your lease agreement

 

4. Other Fees

• Pet fees

• key replacement fees

•certain service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Over Payments

• Applied as a credit to future rent or refunded upon request

• Refund requests processed within 14 business days

 

6. Payment Disputes

• Must be reported within 7 days of the transaction

• False disputes or charge-backs may lead to legal action

 

7. No Refunds After Services Rendered

•Once a lease is executed or maintenance is completed, related payments are non-refundable.
